  **Docs** in the staff console sidebar opens these docs. On the Player Hub, **Help** in the footer opens the [player guide](/players/player-hub), and captains get **Docs** on **My Team** in place of the old FAQ.

  ### Banned players see why

  When a banned player tries to sign in, a page shows the reason staff gave and when the ban ends. [Fix sign-in problems](/help/access-problems)

  ### The game clock resets itself

  Moving to the next game in Live stops the In-Game clock and sets it back to zero. [Control the scenes](/broadcast/control-scenes)

  ### One label for everyone on Caster Chat

  Every caster shows as **Caster**, whatever their roles.
